All Levels Yoga - Suitable for beginner through intermediate. Students should be able to get up and down off of the floor with ease and have some prior yoga experience. Practice regularly to develop beautiful mind and body while improving posture, strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Class content varies according to the levels of the students attending.
Hatha Yoga - Gentle yoga is a slower paced stretching class with easy yoga poses and simple breathing techniques. Great for beginners and those with some limitations. Students should be able to get up and down off the floor with ease. Those with a regular yoga practice will also find great benefit from slower, refined sequence of poses. more...
Chair Yoga - This is great for those that don't want to or cannot get up and down off of the floor, that cannot be comfortably on their hands and knees or prefer a slow, gentle , but effective yoga practice. If you have a desk job or travel a lot, knowing chair yoga can add years of comfort to your life and career. Great for those with very stiff bodies, joint pain, arthritis, or limitations.
Mindful Kids Yoga "in Pj's" with Miss Anita - 1 hour ages 5-11. Class is held during the week on a Tues and Wed evening at 6pm. Classes run in 6 week sessions but you may call to drop in anytime. Yoga is known to help children better regulate and manage their emotions, stress, anxiety and anger. It has just as much of a calming effect on them as it does adults and can help children enjoy engaging in physical activities. Preschool Yoga with Miss Anita- 45 min ages 2-4 Class is held during the day, once a week for four weeks
Monthly Relaxation and Meditation - Great for Beginners and those with experience. This class starts off with gentle yoga stretches and breathing techniques which prepare the mind and body for a guided relaxation. Both are preparation for a successful meditation.
Tibetan Yoga - 45 Min of NON-aerobic exercises. Suitable for beginner through intermediate. Students should be able to get up and down off of the floor with ease. Prior yoga experience is helpful but not necessary.
Get fit while having fun! This class allows you to build up strength and stamina by going at your own pace. This class is energizing, improves balance and improves posture!
Private Yoga Sessions - A lot of people like one on one sessions which cater to an individuals needs. We all have different bodies with different abilities and varying limitations. You may even share your time with a few friends or family. 1/2 hr. $25 1 hr. $50 You may have up to 5 people total in your group.
Group, Team, and Corporate Yoga Workshops - Yoga is a bonding and relaxing experience. It is perfect for friends and family get-togethers, team building, and physical endurance, and perfect for company sessions to build teamwork and promote healthy ways to release stress and relaxation during and after a hard day at work.
