"As I near the end of Anita’s 12-week program, I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I have ever done for myself. This is not a weight-loss program, it’s a journey to a total transformation. Yes, I lost 14 pounds and can fit into some of my favorite clothes again, but really that’s just a bonus compared to what I really got out of the program. I have learned what foods give me energy and the best time of the day to eat them. I spent 12 weeks with Anita and it was both eye opening and mind blowing. When I started with her my only goal was to loose weight, like all the other programs I’ve done, but Anita took me through 12 weeks of helping me with the emotional, physical and spiritual reasons why I stress eat and can’t keep weight off. My whole outlook on myself and my life has changed. She helped me realize that I need to take steps to take care of myself in all aspects of life and not be too hard on myself when I take step backwards.
