The Zentangle method is an easy to learn, creative outlet in finding inner peace through mindful relaxation. Although this is an art form, you do not need any artistic experience or creativity. Anyone can do it!

Mindful Kids Yoga Classes runs in 6 week series. Drop in's accepted but please call ahead to check for space.
Laughter Yoga is hard to describe.
It just has to be experienced.
No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
Dress in loose, comfortable clothes.
Do not eat at least a half hour to hour before class.
We will be bare foot for most of class. (bring your socks)
There will be a whole lot of laughing going on!

Massage and Yoga Center enjoys hosting this event because we know there is strength in numbers. When we meditate together, we are able to grow within our meditation practice.
Within the hour there are two sessions of 15 minute meditations.

This 4 week course will introduce you to this slow, meditative practice. Tai chi has a range of benefits including, improved focus, balance & flexibility, improved mood & reduction of pain and stress. We will Practice the Yang style Tai Chi form as well as some simple walking & standing exercises. No experience is required.
Frank has been practicing Yang style Tai Chi since 2010 under the instruction of Sifu Randy Koller of Eastern Arts and Holistic Health Academy in Reading Pa.
There are over 150 styles of Martial Arts however Wing Chun is the only form of Martial Arts that was created by a woman. The Wing Chun approach to self-defense results in a no-nonsense defense system characterized by simplicity, directness, speed and techniques rather than physical strength to respond to an attack. Thus, Wing Chun becomes especially useful when applied to a larger, stronger, faster, more aggressive adversary.
The instructor, Sifu Randy, is a certified master’s level therapist and has worked with various clients and agencies for the past 25 years. He is a graduate of Alvernia University, 1985 and Villanova University, 1988 as well as the Pennsylvania Gestalt Institute, 1991.
